To manage a team of activity specialists and develop new products, activities and tours from airport arrival and departures, third-party vendors, butlers, and other related employees and ensuring that approved suppliers and vendors are cost-efficient and of high quality.

Requirements:
§ Minimum three years of experience within the luxury service industry.
§ A preferably athletic, strong swimmer, able to bicycle.
§ Scuba diving certification.
§ Valid driving license.
§ A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail with strong negotiation skills.
§ Financial awareness, including business acumen and profit awareness.
§ Ability to be creative, strategic, analytical, and think outside the box to solve problems.
§ High-level understanding of operational and logistical tactics.
§ Presentation and public speaking skills.
§ Decisiveness, tough-mindedness, and assertiveness.
§ Excellent knowledge of project management and information analysis.
§ Good command of written and spoken English.
§ High levels of verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities: § Responsible for developing luxury tours and activities across the Indonesia archipelago. § Act as the critical point of contact for clients, third party vendors § Procure and analyze innovative tours and activities in destinations that fit the company’s strategic goals and ensure the highest levels of quality and deliverables. § Control third party contracts and ensure they are aligned with the internal and external regulations set by the board of directors. § Ensure that all equipment’s begin used by DLI clients is in perfect working order and well maintained. § Update information about price, promotions, to the DLI team to ensure all suppliers are up to date. § Ensure all tours and activities are well managed to constantly maximize revenue and margin opportunities. § Help source support for industry and staff fam trips rate or schedules. § Develop and implement a straightforward procedure for filing and SRM system management and updating. § Manage and maintain the Standard Operational Procedures for the contracting and system functions.
