Requirements:
§ Associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Travel and Tourism, or similar field.
§ A certificate or experience in travel consultancy.
§ Great sales and marketing ability.
§ Skilled in quotation and mastery in excel.
§ Above average in communication skills both verbal and writing.
§ Superior knowledge of tourism-industry trends.
§ Experience or knowledge of travel software.
§ Professional English speakers and ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.

Responsibilities: § Respond promptly and serve as a primary contact to customer travel requests by email, phone, WhatsApp or face-to-face and organize workflow to meet customer timeframe. § Be the first contact reporting to the company's chief travel designer to suggest suitable travel products, services, and routes within the approved company's system. § Maintain clients' and suppliers' travel brief records to follow the internal and external regulations the board of directors set on every customer sale and sales activity. § Execute the day-to-day travel booking and quotation to ensure the master file is constantly updated with current changes. § Negotiate and communicate with approved travel-related suppliers to get the best deals and maximize margins and revenue. § To update every daily progress from and to clients and suppliers at the beginning and end of the working day following the company business process SOP. § Handle the deliveries of booking confirmations, invoices, credits, and pre- and post-travel documents. § Set selling prices and collect deposits and balances from clients. § Escalate and handle unforeseen RISK problems and complaints from an internal or external team. § Assist in procuring, recommending, and analyzing travel suppliers, customs, weather conditions, and reviews in the critical destination that fits the company's strategic goals and ensures quality deliveries. |
