Requirements:
§ Bachelor’s degree in psychology is preferable.
§ Having experience in recruitment and general HR, at least two years.
§ Having experience analyzing candidates based on the interview session and answering logical thinking.
§ Having experience in recruitment with a tight schedule is an advantage.
§ Experience in managing and using HRIS: working schedule, shifts, data.
§ A detailed person with experience in governing administration and documentation is a must.

Responsibilities: § Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates: CV selection, study cases, interviews and decision-making. § Managing the employment documents and pre-onboarding procedures, including document preparation, pre-set-up working tools, and NEO onboarding, are accurate and on schedule. § Maintain and create talent pool channels and sourcing through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, job fairs, key communities, and relevant schools. § Managing, maintaining, and reviewing employee records to ensure compliance with laws and regulations not limited to working schedules, BPJS, mutation, termination. § Assessing employee needs through performance reviews and exit interviews to identify areas for improvement or intervention. § Assist in performance and training management processes. § Support and maintain the Group Companies records and documents in compliance with good corporate governance. § Performs clerical and administrative tasks, including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents on behalf of the company or instructed by Directors. |
